Everyone who comes to Mardi Gras wants to leave with beads, which are thrown from the floats into the crowds. People shout, "Throw me beads, throw me beads." The lucky ones go home with multiple necklaces in purple, gold and green.

We missed Mardi Gras, but I have a stash of Mardi Gras beads. I am going to give up my cherished Mardi Gras beads as an incentive to register for the Braceland Seminar.

You qualify for this bonus gift if you are an attending on active duty who has served more than five years as an attending and never made it to the Braceland Seminar. Never means never, so attending the Braceland Seminar as a resident disqualifies you.
