We start our coverage with a photo of a weekly meeting of the Mental Health Department at Expeditionary Medical Facility Kuwait. You will want to enlarge this photo to get all of the detail. Although I asked for a clockwise list of names, I never got it. In the enlarged photo, however, there are three people I can clearly identify, CDR Dave Weber (standing), CAPT Jonathan Richardson (sitting to the right of CDR Weber), and President Obama on the far right, which is unusual for him.

The Mental Health building is just a block away from the pool at Camp Arifjan. Enlarge this photo to see if you can find a woman.

And here I am in my tiny room at Camp Arifjan in 2005. The room meets specifications for single housing of an Army E-9. The Army expresses their gratitude to the Navy by putting two Captains in the same room.
