Me and My Canteen

BUD/S trainees are never separated from their canteens. Here, just before entering the pool, each trainee places his canteen to the left of his left foot. The white band on the canteen is tape inscribed with the trainee's name in waterproof ink. In case of confusion the canteens and trainees are in alphabetical order.
